Payment questions
Which networks can I pay with?
MTN Mobile Money and Airtel Money in Rwanda. Enter your number and we detect the network automatically, then send the payment request straight to your phone.
I didn't get a PIN prompt. What do I do?
Dial *182*7*1# (MTN) or *182*5*6*1# (Airtel) and check for pending approvals. If the payment isn't approved, no money is taken and you can try again.
Can I support from outside Rwanda?
Yes. Use Buy Me a Coffee to give by debit or credit card, or with PayPal, from anywhere.
Who processes the payment?
Mobile Money payments are processed by PawaPay, a licensed payments provider. Your PIN is entered on your own phone and is never shared with NuruTeck.
